Information system for Nursing home

We present you one of our favorite systems, which we have developed in cooperation with a business partner exactly tailored to the customer. It is an information system for a home for the elderly with a care service.

What is it used for:

The system records all dispenses of food, medicines and the use of social services. It helps staff and management control these expenses. Not only that, at the end of the month, seniors will be sent a report on what services their parent or grandparent has used and whether they regularly eat and take medication.

How does it work:

A tablet is installed in each room, through which you can view the status of current and paid services after logging in. The caregiver quickly logs in with a personal PIN code and confirms the dispensing of food, medication or the use of social services with one click. The data is transferred online to the head nurse and home management overview. All data and calculations are performed on the server directly at the client, the system is not dependent on an Internet connection. The system can be linked to employee attendance and used to share additional information in the patient's room.
